Refund policy

To return an item, contact us at purplefencefarm@gmail.com with Return in the subject line.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you aren't over the moon happy, email us with reason for return, send back the item within 10 days of purchase and we reserve the right to either replace, gift card or refund the item.  We will not refund for products damaged during transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
